You can try re-inserting your RAM. It could have come loose.

Suspect power supply unit or other component need warm up before can work.

Haven't tried memtest yet but it suddenly restart yesterday after trying to watch a youtube video on Chrome. Only 1 tab open and no other program was running.

I wasn't gaming or anything graphics intensive, just surfing. The last time I checked was around 50-60 range but it may be different now.
