Sea gate Hardware issue - rawat.kshitiz - 22 Aug 2018

I have an issue with my Seagate hard ware. When i plugged it into my laptop, it made a "warning" sound, and my laptop couldn't detect it. Is there anything i can do other than getting professional help as the fees will be expensive. THanks.
