Hi, i started a thread in hardware clinic and the peeps over there told me to ask in this section instead.. My laptop is a Hp compaq Presario v 2000.. It can't connect to the Internet wirelessly, wired or using mobile broadband. the error I get is windows zero confIguration not started, in actual fact its already started - automatic and status started... Ok so I decided to do a restore, but it doesn't let me do it ._. So third time.. I logon as administrator to mark my partition active to do a system recovery.. It doesn't let me do it because it says I'm not logged in as administrator. Anyone got solutions to it? Other than reformat using os disc..

Sometimes the wifi got hardware switch on the laptop. Is there a hotkey you can press on the laptop. Function ?? F1 or F2

Using windows xp home edition.. I use winnt32.exe from I386 and repair my windows and it's working now
