To brzmi jak problem z kablami, może kabel kablowy jest gdzieś przerwany lub wtyczka RJ45 jest luźna i jakikolwiek niewielki ruch spowoduje odłączenie i ponowne połączenie z prędkością 100 Mbps. Przyjęcie innego kabla do przetestowania byłoby moją sugestią.
