I also have a Toshiba drive to RMA. Bought from Video-pro. Tried call and email, so far no reply. Anyone knows Video-pro Toshiba drive RMA at Kaira or EA? Thanks.

I know best bargain got print shop exchange on their receipt. If Video-pro does 1-1 exchange, will they provide new receipt as proof of warranty because different serial no.
